In this phase, the key goal is to confirm that the product or service meets market demands and secures a customer base willing to purchase and use it.
Strategy:
To achieve market fit, we must align product development with user needs through iterative testing, targeted feedback, and data-driven refinement.
Plan:
Market Testing: I deploy beta releases to gather usage data and initial market reactions.
Feedback Integration: I establish dedicated channels for collecting user feedback to refine the product.

Product Expansion: I develop and introduce new products or services to meet broader customer needs.
Market Diversification: I identify and target high-potential regions for entry or growth.
Sales Optimization: I expand sales channels and launch targeted marketing campaigns to build brand awareness in new markets.
